Not necessarily. I primarily work within QuickBooks Online, but I can adapt to your existing setup during onboarding. If a switch makes sense for your business, I'll walk you through it at no extra charge.
Everything is shared through secure, permission-based access — never via email or shared passwords. For QuickBooks Online, you simply invite me as your accountant user. For bank and other platforms, we use read-only access where available. I'll guide you through every step during onboarding.
No judgment — this is more common than you think. I offer dedicated catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping as a standalone service. We'll assess the scope during your discovery call and I'll provide a clear, flat-rate quote to get you current before moving to a monthly retainer.
